03. Factory Audits
We visit suppliers’ factories, either together with you or via our representative, to verify actual production capabilities — production quality, reliability, adherence to schedules — and compile an official audit report.
04. Selection of the Chosen Supplier
Managing the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, analyzing proposals, comparing initial purchase contracts, manufacturer warranties, and ongoing installation and maintenance services.
At this stage, we manage negotiations with the selected manufacturer until the contract is signed.

Management of the ‘Buyoff’ stage before shipment, including functional tests and product trials, with the option for laboratory testing of the outputs

We ensure the packaging process at the supplier’s site, container sealing, and compliance with safety and logistics standards before shipment.
04. Shipping and Customs Management
Identifying freight forwarders, comparing quotes, and closely monitoring until the equipment safely arrives at your facility.
05. Installation and Commissioning
On-site support at the client’s location during equipment installation and performance testing, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements.
06. Customer Service – Around the Clock
