How do you keep a business running when military reserve duty becomes part of everyday life? In an interview with Walla, Sinergy’s owner and founder, Nadav Ben-Simon, discusses the challenges of managing a business during wartime while serving more than 500 days in the reserves.
Part of the “Bishvil Hatzafon” (“For the North”) video series, the interview brings together two business owners from northern Israel who were called up for reserve duty and faced the challenge of supporting their businesses and families while away from home. Sinergy participated in the “Bishvil Hatzafon” programme, an initiative led by Mifal HaPais, Israel’s national lottery, in partnership with Elevation and Walla Group.
