Advanced Recycling Machinery for Ecology

About
the project

Ecology, an Israeli recycling company, was facing a familiar industrial challenge: increasing competition, rising labor costs, and stricter regulatory requirements.

To stay ahead, the company was looking for a more advanced recycling solution that could improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and support long-term growth.

Sinergy’s Role
  • Sinergy managed the sourcing process in China, from understanding the client’s requirements and identifying suitable manufacturers to supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, legal support, and logistics.
  • We also accompanied the client on an intensive business tour in China, including factory visits, supplier meetings, and relevant industry exhibitions.
The Solution
  • Business Tour in China
To evaluate the available solutions properly, Sinergy accompanied the Ecology’s team on a two-week business tour in China.
  • Following an extensive supplier evaluation process and on-site factory visits, a suitable Chinese manufacturer and recycling solution were selected.
  • We visited manufacturers, met leading suppliers and attended industrial exhibitions, allowing the client to compare different technologies and production capabilities firsthand.
  • Factory Visit & Product Validation
After selecting a potential manufacturer, Sinergy visited the factory in China to review its production processes, meet the technical team and assess its quality controls firsthand.
  • The machinery was designed and adapted to the client’s technical requirements, while contractual safeguards and a neutral arbitration mechanism were incorporated into the agreement to reduce commercial risk.

Key Challenges
  • Identifying machinery that met the client’s specific operational and technical requirements.
  • Evaluating manufacturers beyond their initial commercial proposals.
  • Adapting the equipment to the client’s needs and local operating conditions.
  • Reducing commercial, contractual, and implementation risks when purchasing complex machinery from China.

Results
