About the project
After 605 days of planning, supplier sourcing, flights, negotiations, BUY OFFs, rejections, fine-tuning, and precision – the most advanced and innovative recycling plant in Israel is finally here!
Danny Kogan (founder and owner of Ecology Israel) and I met during the period before the war… I had just returned from China and wanted to bring my knowledge and experience to Israeli industry. Danny, an entrepreneur at heart, was looking to upgrade and streamline his production environment.
I connected with Danny’s vision because, beyond his aspiration to make his production environment more advanced and sophisticated – (exactly my area of expertise!) – 80% of his employees are people with disabilities – an area I’ve been involved in for the past decade.
Imagine an innovative production environment that employs people who are usually behind the scenes of the social theater we are all part of – that is what Danny envisioned, and that is what Sinergy is helping to make a reality.
Over a year and a half, we refined the requirements, identified the right supplier, visited China several times, managed complex negotiations, supervised quality, sent rejections, and had issues addressed accordingly… We are proud to share that the advanced, technological, innovative plant has arrived at Ecology Israel and is currently being installed!
It is an honor for Sinergy and for me personally to be part of the procurement process for a company that creates so much meaning. Thank you for the privilege, Danny Kogan and David Levin. Ecology – Ecology for a Protected Community.
Coming soon: photos of the plant installed and operational.
