Signed at the company’s headquarters in Guangdong, China, the franchise agreement reflects both companies’ commitment to developing solutions for Israeli customers. The partnership combines GENOX’s technology with Sinergy’s understanding of Israeli industry and its experience managing projects with manufacturers in China. Customers gain a local point of contact who understands their operations, supported by direct access to the manufacturer and a team on the ground in China.
